Oh Tomato Soup

     I found a recipe for tomato soup and decided to give it a try.  After boiling it for a while I had to puree the mixture in the blender.  I poured it in, placed the lid on and turned it on.  For some reason the lid exploded off spraying boiling hot tomato soup all over my face, arms, legs and the entire kitchen.  Once I cleaned it all up we got around to eating the soup.  It was actually very good, a little chunky since no pureeing happened but still very good. 

Nap Success!

Today has been spectacular!  I put Addi down for her nap at the times I wanted her to nap and she just fell asleep so nicely.  This is probably a fluke and going to Monticello tomorrow will probably ruin the progress but I am happy for today. Isn't she so adorable when she sleeps.

Football Season Has Arrived

Addi is already getting used to watching sporting events for hours on end.  Three weeks ago we spent 2 full days in a gym watching Robin play volleyball.  Last week we drove to Cedar and watched Loren run in a cross country race.  This weekend was the first Dixie home game.  The team lost but Addi looked adorable!
